The additional belt allows the silhouette to be accentuated further, reinforcing the expression of the curves.

The atelier
Each Yollanda piece is crafted in small, specialised Italian ateliers,
where corsetry is treated as a discipline, not a trend.
Hand-cut panels, precision draping, and couture finishing
are executed by artisans trained in traditional corset-making.
This is not mass-production.
This is Italian couture applied to the beach.

Yes. Aqua di venere is halter-tied at the back and lined with elastic fabrics, providing proven support up to a G cup, without visible underwires.

How does it sculpt the figure?
Aqua di venere is engineered to create a glamorous figure-8 silhouette, a hallmark of 1950s couture femininity.
It sculpts through:
- a 21 cm corset band with 8 memory stays
- an adjustable belt that cinches the waist
- lateral draping that refines the profile and enhances curves
- a triple-layer technical construction ensuring support with elegance
It emphasises the bust, defines the waist, and shapes the hips.
(Unlike Zora, it does not flatten the stomach or smooth the back — its mission is curves, glamour, and hourglass volume.)
Is it suitable for swimming?
Yes. All our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, resistant to salt, chlorine and UV rays. Our nickel-treated closures are designed to last.

Is it see-through when wet?
No. The double technical linings ensure full opacity even when wet, while maintaining a smooth, refined finish.
All colours in the collection have been tested to guarantee coverage and elegance in and out of the water.
Can it be worn as a bodysuit?
Yes.
Invisible snap buttons at the base allow Yollanda to be worn all day as a couture bodysuit and provide easy bathroom access without removing the entire piece.
Are removable pads included?
No. Aqua di venere does not include pads, the shaping of the bust is created naturally through the halter design, draping, and corset structure.
