Return and Refund Policy

1. Withdrawal Period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to exercise your right to withdrawal and return an item.

2. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
  • Be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Have their security ties, tags, and packaging intact.

3. Return Process
To streamline returns, we offer an online return portal accessible to all our customers:

For European Customers:

  • Complete the return form available on our online portal.
  • Once the form is submitted, we will arrange for UPS to collect your package at the specified address.
  • Reduced return fees, along with a €5 third-party processing fee, will be deducted from your refund.

For International Customers (outside Europe):

  • Complete the form on our online portal.
  • We partner with DHL Express to arrange the collection of your package. Return shipping fees and any customs duties are your responsibility, in addition to a €5 third-party processing fee.

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, here are the terms:

  • European Customers: Exchanges are free of charge. Please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or live chat, and we will process your request promptly.
  • US Customers: Shipping fees for exchanges are your responsibility. We encourage you to double-check your size before placing an order to minimize the need for exchanges.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for your purchase.

6. Return Packaging
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the blue gift box, placed inside an outer protective package (e.g., the shipping pouch used for delivery or another suitable protective covering).

Important:
If the blue gift box is used as the outer packaging and the shipping label is affixed directly to it, or if it is taped, the box cannot be reused. In this case, €10 will be deducted from your refund to cover replacement costs.
To avoid damage, ensure the blue gift box is properly protected with an outer layer during shipping.
