At Sahra.Nko, as a slow fashion brand with limited production runs, we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date if you are not satisfied with your product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

We cannot accept returns in certain situations, including:

Products without original tags attached.

Products showing excessive wear or nearing the end of their life.

Swimsuits without a hygienic liner or the included reusable pouch.

Items damaged due to misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.

Products with damaged packaging boxes.

In cases of abuse of the return policy.

Note: All returns are at the discretion of Sahra.Nko. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags and liners intact.
