Parcel Protection Terms

At Sahra.Nko, elegance is never compromised. For an additional $10, we offer parcel protection that covers loss, damage, or theft during transit.

What is covered:

  • Loss of the parcel (not delivered within 10 business days)
  • Damage upon arrival rendering the item unusable
  • Theft during transit (must be documented)

What is not covered:

  • Used items or returns without original packaging
  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Orders not protected at the time of checkout

Shipping partners:

All protected parcels are shipped via UPS Express or DHL Express. Orders are dispatched from Italy within 48 business hours and include full tracking.

How to submit a claim:

  1. Take clear photographs of the parcel (inside and outside), and of the damaged item, if applicable

  3. Our team will handle the claim process directly with the shipping carrier

Processing time: 7 to 10 business days

Guaranteed refund: Up to €5,000 in the event of confirmed loss or damage
