What is my cooling-off period?
If the product doesn't suit you, you have 14 days from the receipt of your package to return your item to us.
What are the refund conditions?
Returned items must be in their original condition with their security tags, labels, and intact packaging.
For any returns, please send us a brief email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us. Kindly specify the following: your order number, the returned product(s), the reason(s) for the return, and a request for exchange, store credit, or refund. This will ensure that your request is handled properly and expedited.
Any customer can request an exchange within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns for orders shipped within mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the customer.
The product for which the customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened, and in its original packaging.
No documents need to be included in the package.

We advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims. Additionally, to ensure that your return is processed promptly, We recommend reporting it on the return form or directly to our email at email@example.com.
If the item is rejected by SahraNko, it will be returned to the customer at SahraNko's expense, and the customer cannot demand any compensation. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a store credit will be automatically created and sent to the customer.
What is the refund timeframe?
Once the return is received, the items go through our quality control process, which may take 3 to 5 business days. If the return meets our criteria, the customer will be refunded on the payment method used for the purchase within an additional timeframe of 10 business days. Please verify this information with your bank before contacting us.
Are shipping fees refundable?
It is important to note that return shipping fees are not covered by Sahra.Nko. We suggest using your local postal service and obtaining a tracking number.

To modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Please note that no modification or cancellation requests can be approved if your order is already being prepared for shipping, even if it falls within the 6-hour window.
